Spot on Pagey.

Laura Woods is excellent but that other woman who presents the PDC with her is absolutely shit. Very amateurish.

I thought Hamilton should have won overseas personality.

Re: Sports Personality of the Year
There are loads of decent female sports presenters who clearly know their stuff and are always professional in what they do and how they do it. Clare Balding, Gabby Logan, Kelly Dalglish, Laura Woods, Sarah Stirk, etc.

Then there is Alex Scott who is the ultimate box ticker. She reels off facts that she’s blatantly read an hour before and she stumbles over virtually every sentence she speaks. You can see her trying to think of the next word as she’s speaking.

She’s also on absolutely everything, which would be annoying if she was any good. The fact that she isn’t makes it a little bit unbearable.

Fair play to her for timing it to perfection and being the go-to girl, but I think she’s awful. Regardless of if she’s a woman, man, them, alien, whatever.

I don’t particularly like Hamilton. I don’t like F1 these days. But out of those shortlisted, he was definitely the most deserving. He’s dominated the sport for years.

And for the love of God, it isn’t a personality contest.

How the fuck did Hamilton win it.
I would have given it to Fury, even though he didn't want it. At leasr he has a proper personality

Having the fastest car matters

Ticks a lot of boxes but one of those boxes isn’t having a personality.

The British public are stupid. Voting for a tax dodging, left wing cunt.

Lewis Hamilton is complete cunt. Not surprised the BBC promote him.

Sports and Personality aren't two words that often go together.

I have a problem with women getting jobs they aren’t fit for.

She is a village standard footballer not a fucking TV presenter or football expert.

I don’t dislike women I just dislike this new wave of putting women in jobs they aren’t good enough for.

Twoleftfeet/millhouse has got a real problem with women.

I think it stems from being stood up at Stansted airport.

Re: Sports Personality of the Year
Never get the argument about Hamilton not paying UK tax. If you earned what he did would you throw a large chunk of it to OUR government to waste? I think fucking not. Instead we should implore the government to make it more attractive to make these mega earners stay put. Just saying.

Re: Sports Personality of the Year
Sports personality has got cock all to do with talent though.

If it’s about personality, Fury wins it by a country mile. The rest are absolute bores and that includes O’Sullivan

Re: Sports Personality of the Year
On pure talent it should be between Doyle and O'Sullivan.

Not being a horse-racing fan I had to look up Hollie Doyle. Shecame fouth in th ejockey championship and hasn't won a classic.

So, in other words, 'she's not a bad jockey, for a lass, like'

Bit of a simplistic way to look at it. The best jockeys don't necessarily win most of the races.

She's won a Group 1 and competes on level terms with the men.
